Second Mentat task Shuts down Firefox

Each time I try to add a second task to Mentat, Firefox shuts down and I have to restart it before I can add a new task.

• can you tell me what the exact steps are (what view you are on and where you are clicking or what keys you press) leading to the problem?
  *let me know if there are any plugins installed and what version of Firefox just to double check on my end.
  I will replicate as closely as possible here and see if we can better diagnose what could be happening.

I decided to test myself. I uninstalled all my Firefox add ins and then installed them back one at a time.
In the end 3 add ins caused me problems. They were Chromatab, Skype, and bookmark previews. For now, none are a must have. I’ll play with them more as I have time, but for now I can add multiple tasks without crashing.
